1-2-1 coaching

I offer individual 1-2-1 coaching which is tailored totally to your specific needs.    These are usually packages of 3 or 6 sessions, but bespoke coaching packages can be created.    

Team coaching / group coaching

I am a certified team coach and offer team and group coaching sessions – programmes are developed around your requirements. 

I offer team coaching for professionals who work together within the same team.  Where communication or conflict is getting in the way, coaching for the whole team offers a trusted space to find a successful path through and build trust.  

I offer group coaching for professionals who have a shared goal or are at a similar stage in their careers.  Working with the same group throughout the coaching programme provides you with an opportunity to learn from how others overcome challenges, reflect on your own experiences, and explore new ways to address realities you are facing whilst also expanding your network.   This is a trusted and confidential space to develop through learning together as a group.       

CORPORATE coaching

I am a certified executive coach. Corporate packages are available on request for both 1-2-1 and team /group coaching.

Outcomes of a successful coaching programme will last into the future – you will learn tools and techniques to set you up for success beyond the time of our coaching together.
